We were saddened to hear that Maria Falkena-Roehrle has died at the grand age of 89 on 2nd June 2009

Her cattery, Van Mariendaal, was well known throughout Europe & beyond

Maria was a lovely lady and the only Hon. Member of the Oriental Cinnamon & Fawn Group in recognition of all her work in establishing the Oriental Cinnamons in Holland.

She will be sadly missed
